The National Narcotics Helpline MANAS, or Madak Padarth Nishedh Asoochna Kendra, was launched on 18 July 2024 by the Union government under the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the Ministry of Home Affairs, with support from the Digital India Corporation.
