Content Writer – Exam Preparation

Full-time / RemoteRemote (India)

Craft high-quality exam content — questions, explanations, study notes, and blog articles — that help lakhs of aspirants crack their dream government jobs.

What You'll Do

  • Write, edit, and proofread questions for SBI PO, IBPS, SSC, Railway, and other competitive exams
  • Develop detailed solutions and explanations for quantitative, reasoning, and English sections
  • Research latest exam notifications, patterns, and changes to keep content current
  • Create engaging blog articles and study guides that rank well on search engines
  • Collaborate with the product team to structure exam content in our CMS

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (any stream); commerce/maths background preferred
  • Solid understanding of at least one exam category (Banking/SSC/Railway)
  • Excellent written English — clear, concise, and error-free
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and basic markdown
  • Prior experience in content writing or teaching is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Personally cleared or appeared in a government exam
  • Experience with SEO content writing
  • Knowledge of a second Indian regional language

Frontend / Full-Stack Developer

Build the features and UI that students interact with daily — from exam interfaces and analytics dashboards to marketing pages and performance tools.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain Next.js pages and React components with pixel-perfect fidelity
  • Develop and optimize the test-taking engine — timer, question navigation, review mode
  • Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs from our Node.js + MongoDB backend
  • Implement SEO best practices: SSG/ISR, structured data, sitemap generation
  • Improve Core Web Vitals — LCP, FID, CLS — for all public pages
  • Write clean, reviewable code with appropriate tests

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience with React or Next.js
  • Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first frameworks
  • Understanding of REST APIs and async patterns
  • Basic knowledge of Git and CI/CD workflows

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Node.js / Express backend development
  • Prior work on an edtech or high-traffic consumer product
  • Familiarity with Framer Motion, Radix UI, or similar UI libraries
  • MongoDB/PostgreSQL experience

What You'll Do

  • Build and fine-tune ML models for student performance prediction and weak-area identification
  • Develop the recommendation engine that suggests the right practice content at the right time
  • Design NLP pipelines for automated question quality assessment and tagging
  • Integrate LLM-assisted features — smart explanations, doubt solver, study plan generator
  • Create and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment
  • Analyse student behaviour data to surface actionable product insights

What We're Looking For

  • Strong foundation in Python and machine learning fundamentals
  • Experience with scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) and prompt engineering
  • Understanding of data pipelines and feature engineering
  • Ability to communicate model results clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience in edtech or adaptive learning systems
  • Published research or open-source ML projects
  • Knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate)
  • MLOps experience with tools like MLflow, DVC, or Weights & Biases
