Welcome to TestNeeti. By accessing or using our website at https://testneeti.in (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to enter these Terms.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account with others. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and payments

  • Some features (full-length mock test series, advanced analytics) require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown on the Pricing page.
  • Subscriptions begin on the date of payment and remain active for the duration purchased.
  • All payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card or UPI credentials on our servers.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Refund policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable once a paid test attempt has been started, since the digital content has been delivered. If you have not started any paid test, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by writing to [email protected]. We may exercise discretion in case of documented technical failures that prevent you from accessing the Service.

You may use it solely for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, or resell any content without our prior written permission. Bulk automated scraping is strictly prohibited.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not upload or transmit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice, and without refund.

7. Accuracy of content

We work hard to keep content accurate and aligned with the latest exam patterns. However, we do not guarantee that every question, syllabus, or date is error-free. The Service is provided for preparation purposes; official exam information should always be verified against the conducting body's notification.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestNeeti is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to lost opportunity, exam result, or income, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page or by writing to us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a manner that risks harm to other users or to us.
