SSC CGL 2026 recruits graduates for posts across central ministries, departments, constitutional bodies, statutory bodies and tribunals. Selection is through Tier I and Tier II computer-based examinations, followed by post preference, document verification and any post-specific physical or medical checks. There is no interview.
SSC CGL 2026 has two computer-based tiers. Tier I is used for category-wise shortlisting. Tier II Paper I is compulsory for all; Paper II and Paper III apply only to specified posts. All four sections of Paper I must be qualified separately.
