SHE-LEAPS, or Self-Help Entrepreneur-Livelihoods and Enterprise Application for Prosperity and Sustainability, is a digital platform launched on 29 June 2026 for women associated with Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in rural India. It was introduced during the Rashtriya Gramin Vikas Sammelan in New Delhi, a two-day conference themed Gramodaya Se Rashtrodaya.
