Cabinet approves ₹1.27 lakh crore for India Semiconductor Mission 2.0
The Union Cabinet on 15 July 2026 approved ₹1.27 lakh crore (₹1,27,500 crore) for India Semiconductor Mission 2.0 (ISM 2.0), a six-year programme, IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said.
