India hosted the 3rd BRICS Transport Working Group (TWG) Meeting in Nagpur, opening a two-day engagement under India's BRICS Chairship 2026 and setting the stage for the 3rd BRICS Transport Ministers' Meeting scheduled for July 11 and 12. V. Umashankar, Secretary in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, said the agenda focuses on sustainable infrastructure, clean mobility, resilient logistics and multimodal connectivity, guided by the philosophy of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (the world is one family).
